Doug Priest brings a depth and diversity of real estate knowledge rarely found in a single professional. He first earned his real estate license in 1994 while attending the University of California, Davis, beginning a career that has spanned more than three decades and multiple sectors of the real estate industry.

Throughout his career, Doug has worked in residential real estate sales, real estate finance, investment, and affordable housing development. This broad experience gives him the ability to look beyond the transaction itself and help clients understand how real estate can fit into a larger strategy for building, protecting, and transferring wealth.

Doug's professional experience also extends well beyond traditional real estate brokerage. He has been awarded a U.S. patent, secured more than $5 million in state and federal grant funding, and successfully obtained start-up capital from private investors. These experiences have strengthened his ability to evaluate opportunities, structure solutions, navigate complex transactions, and approach challenges from both an entrepreneurial and financial perspective.

Today, as a multi-state Real Estate Broker, Doug works with working people, investors, and trusts to help them navigate buying, selling, and investing in real estate. His approach is centered on providing practical guidance and developing long-term relationships rather than simply completing individual transactions.
